UCF – Dr. Phillips School of Real Estate
The Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate within the College of Business at UCF offers an undergraduate degree in real estate and a real estate minor.  Soon a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) will also be offered.  The curriculum focuses on real estate development, investment, finance, appraisal and law.  Included in the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate, are the Dr. P.
